The "SheathEx Machine" is equipment that extrudes seamless aluminum pipes (with a maximum outer diameter of 165mm) continuously from two aluminum rod materials with an outer diameter of 12mm, placed over the core of high-pressure cables. It incorporates a large-diameter die necessary for the cable sheath within a large crosshead. The aluminum sheath is finished seamlessly, without weld seams or beads.
